fantastic stay
friendly personnel special atmosphere great smile
i found the personnel super friendly. it creates special atmosphere. the staff is always so willing to help and always has a smile.
i find the rooms narrow and furniture old. it has a very worn look. the sound isolation is zero from 10. i hear bird sounds from 5 am.

the hotel is perfectly situated, a brief walk to the centre. it is also right on the beach. the location was excellent because it was close to other establishments.

the resort has private villas, with a private pool. i found that the amenities were well maintained and functional. the hotel also has a kids club, a nice touch.

the staff is great. the thai hospitality is unmatched. they offered a free upgrade and a late check out as i was flying at midnight and it was very helpful.

convenient location room cleanliness
the location was convenient with direct access to the beach. i liked that the hotel provided a shuttle bus to move around the laguna area. (this helped a lot). the room cleanliness was good.
i noticed the gym's air conditioning was not working .

i liked the friendly staff there. they give a warm welcome and super clean rooms are available.
the fitness center was disappointing to me. the air conditioning was out of order . the hotel map showed a pitching green for golfers but it was overgrown and not in use.
